BEATRICE CASIANO ALLEN
MSM, MSW.

Beatrice Casiano Allen is a dynamic leader, passionate advocate, and visionary changemaker dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening families. She currently serves as the Executive Director of The Columbus Dream Center in Columbus, Georgia, where she leads programs that restore hope by providing free food, meals, clothing, hair care, hygiene products, and more to families in need. Under her leadership, the Dream Center has launched impactful initiatives, including Camp Dream Girls—a transformative summer camp for young girls, and Camp Dream Big—a powerful initiative for young boys focused on financial literacy, violence prevention, and staying in school—comprehensive case management services, and life skills classes that equip clients for lasting change.

Beatrice is also the Founder and CEO of Passion 4 Latinas, a nonprofit organization established in 2018 that empowers middle and high school girls in the Chattahoochee Valley area. Through leadership development, educational enrichment, and personal empowerment, Passion 4 Latinas helps young women discover their purpose and pursue success with confidence and direction.

In 2022, Beatrice launched Transforming Minds Coaching and Consulting, LLC, an organization created to support individuals who have experienced significant life challenges. Through coaching and practical guidance, the organization helps people acknowledge their struggles, embrace growth, and equip themselves with the tools and strategies needed to confidently start over and succeed.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Beatrice currently works at the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind out of the Opelika Regional Center as a Job Developer, where she helps individuals who are deaf, blind, or visually/hearing impaired secure meaningful employment across the surrounding counties. Her work opens doors for inclusive workforce opportunities and empowers clients to live more independent and fulfilling lives.

She also serves as Board Chairman for Valley Healthcare Systems, Inc., helping to guide the organization's mission to provide quality, accessible healthcare to underserved communities.

Academically accomplished, Beatrice holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Troy University.

Her professional background spans leadership roles in nonprofit and mental health sectors. She has served as Executive Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Chattahoochee Valley, Director of Grants and Foundations for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley, and as a Mental Health Counselor for Wellmore Behavioral Health in Connecticut.

Beatrice also has a deep commitment to social justice and immigration reform. While completing her practicum with the Southern Poverty Law Center, she developed a focus on immigration policy and family separation. She continues to advocate for Latino families through her volunteer work, including in the past with Paz Amigos, which supported individuals released from immigration detention centers.

Above all, Beatrice is a proud wife to Apostle Vincent Allen, Senior Pastor of Faith Nation Church in Columbus, Georgia. She is the devoted mother of four children and loving grandmother to four grandchildren. Completing her beloved family is Diggy, her cherished fur baby of nearly 16 years, who has been her loyal companion, source of comfort, and constant joy. He holds a deeply special place in her life.

Beatrice is a firm believer in the power of purpose, and she lives by the principle that your passion will always make a way for you. She is a living witness that dreams, when pursued with faith and perseverance, can transform lives—starting with your own.
